RHA was responsible for conducting a large engineering asset-capture exercise for a major UK corporation; this involved preparing a detailed asset register and an assessment of health and safety risk and the business risks associated with each piece of plant. RHA consultants also determined and set up an appropriate preventative maintenance regime.

RHA installed a top of the range software system for a major corporation based in London to enable them to manage all aspects of their engineering asset database, schedule the maintenance of >35,000 items of plant , track maintenance costs, store maintenance records, hold an inventory of equipment spares and details of the specialist workforce.

RHA were Project Leaders in specifying and procuring a number of high voltage, three phase transformers for a well known Teaching Hospital. The assignment involved the preparation of the specification, issuing Invitations to Tender, evaluating the tenders, placing the order, the acceptance of the test results and overseeing the delivery to site.

RHA was employed by an Inner London Teaching Hospital to investigate the replacement of a number of UPS units. The various units were required to replace a number of old installations which provided back-up to six operating theatres on the site. As space was at a premium and minimal disruption was a key requirement, the project proved to be a considerable challenge.

RHA were retained to provide M & E Consultancy support for the on going maintenance of engineering plant in a 25,000 m2 commercial building in Luton. In order to meet these requirements, RHA staff prepared specifications and conducted a market testing exercise prior to calling for tenders. RHA filled the role of principal contractor and as such obtained quotations for all the electrical and building works as well as supervising and overseeing the work.

RHA specialists were responsible for leading a major programme of work to bring a large property portfolio up to the statutory compliant standards required by UK legislation.
