- More than 30 years experience in Building Facilities, Projects and Engineering management.
- Experienced in the effective management of regional Accounts, meeting financial targets and delivering both Company and Client programme & procedural objectives.
- Work effectively with Project teams and on an individual basis with: Consultants, Contractors, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Local Authority Planners / Inspectors, Landlords, Agents and Blue Chip Corporate Clients.
- Ensure all schemes are delivered successfully meeting current Health, Safety, CDM, Environmental, Legislative & Regulatory requirements whilst adhering to Company & Clients process and procedural requirements.
- The maintaining of Client relationships & achieving high levels of Customer satisfaction.
- Line and task management of staff, setting personal objectives through an A&D process, Staff communication, individual staff relationships, & disciplinary management of staff.
- Raising and management of major Capital Expenditure budgets, Feasibility studies, Project planning and delivery, Programme management, Risk management, H&S management, Profit & loss reporting, Space planning, Tender management, Contractor management.

- 1974 - 79 completed a Five year Indentured Apprenticeship with British Rail Engineering Ltd.
- 1979 Successfully qualified as a "Millwright" (Mechanical Engineering).
- City & Guilds of London Institute, Certificate: Part One Mechanical Engineering Studies.
- City & Guilds of London Institute, Certificate: Phased tests in Mechanical Engineering Bias.
