Experience in tender management

In particular, RHA has experience in the management of large and small tenders, including PFI / PPP projects, both for services, buildings, engineering services, goods and equipment in accordance with the legislation.

It is our opinion that companies and organisations should retain 'hands-on' control of their procurement projects but hard earned experience has shown that the use of specialist consultants to manage the tender process provides considerable long-term benefits in terms of 'getting it right, first time', providing a cost effective solution and establishing a firm base for working in partnership with service or product providers in the future.
