Michael Joubert BSc Mech. Eng. (Industrial), MBA, CITP, PRINCE II Practitioner
Michael is an Industrial Engineer with an MBA - his experience ranges from defining the initiative to implementing it for business benefit. His 20 years of experience includes leading:
- System design, development and implementation projects
- Business process re-engineering and change management projects
- Information management strategy projects
- Business planning and strategy formulation projects
The projects covers a range of industries including petro-chemical, telecommunication, information technology and facilities management.
Most recently he has lead the development and integration of the information systems required to handle all aspects of a 3,000 project, £40million programme, including the scheduling, status reporting, risk management and programme cash flow forecasting.
Michael is the architect of EDIS - a web based system used to improve the management of electrical distribution data. His current focus is on improving project and programme management processes using used web based technologies to improve the way project teams collaborate.
Michael is a Chartered IT Professional (British Computer Society) and certified Prince II practitioner.
